Which hemogram-derived indices might be useful in predicting the clinical outcomes of sepsis patients in the intensive care unit?

Purpose: The aim of our study is to investigate the prognostic value Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), monocyte-to-lymphocyte (MLR), and platelet-to-lymphocyte (PLR) in determining mortality patients hospitalized for intensive care unit (ICU) sepsis. Materials Methods: This retrospectively evaluates all with sepsis ICU between February 2017 April 2018. Conclusion: High values are associated ICU, most significant parameter indicator among three rates found be highest value.
